I contribute to a program of research investigating group based ostracism, ostracism and aggression, and the effects of ostracism on individuals who belong to stigmatized groups. I collaborate in research projects that examine the satisfaction levels of four fundamental needs: belonging, self-esteem, control, and meaningful existence; along with levels of sadness and anger, for targets of ostracism. Additionally, I examine workplace topics in regards to race, gender, and social ostracism. |
