Research Interests

(1) Partner violence. Topics include: victim blaming, particularly the impact gender stereotypes and system justification have on the tendency to blame victims; acceptability of violence; perceptions of psychological abuse; and victim coping.

(2)  Relationship stability. Topics include: relational ostracism; and managing uncertainty in relationships.
